Sales & Education Positions
Regional Retail Director
The Regional Retail Director is accountable for the profitable achievements of sales objectives in the region, requiring him/her to possess regional insight and brand intelligence when establishing marketing strategies and local education. The RRD is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Field Team including hiring, firing, supervising and motivating. Candidates must have worked in a relevant sales or education position for 8 years, along with management/supervisory experience. Candidates also possess strong leadership and management skills, ability to collaborate, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Retail Business Executive
The Retail Business Executive is responsible for building the Clinique brand within the marketplace through the profitable achievement of sales objectives for assigned doors. Responsibilities include both clientele management, ensuring customers an elevated client experience through monitoring counter and business managers, and working with Consultants and the Regional Retail Director to project sales and profits. Candidates should have 4 or more years of relevant experience in sales or education, along with management/supervisor experience. Candidates must have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to collaborate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Retail Development Executive
The Retail Development Executive is accountable for profitable achievement of sales objectives for assigned doors. The RDE is responsible for the financial success and effective operation of the business within defined doors. The RDE manages execution of sales, marketing, and education programs while maximizing the productivity of the counter staff. Candidates should have 4 or more years of relevant experience in sales or education, along with management/supervisor experience. Candidates must have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to collaborate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Field Education Director
The Field Education Director manages the Seminar execution, elevate expertise in Key DMAs, oversee expertise in Core DMAs and work collaboratively with support team to secure assets needed for regional and account education needs. The FED is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Field Team including hiring, firing, supervising and motivating. Candidates must have worked in a relevant sales or education position for 8 years, along with management/supervisory experience. Candidates also possess strong leadership and management skills, ability to collaborate, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Retail Education Executive
The Retail Education Executive is responsible for profitable achievements of sales objectives through ensuring that clients receive an elevated service experience in assigned doors and tracking current sales and marketing plans. The REE manages the successful execution of all relevant education programs including sales, service, and beauty training for employees at all skill levels. Candidates should have 4 or more years of relevant experience in sales or education, along with management/supervisory experience. Candidates must have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to collaborate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Field Education Executive
The Field Education Executive (FEE) is accountable for the execution and achievement of Seminar objectives in the region resulting in the profitable achievement of sales objectives. The FEE is responsible for educating the Consultants, Managers and Field staff on the Education Objectives and supporting the Point of Sale priorities in assigned Region. Candidates should have 4 or more years of relevant experience in sales or education, along with management/supervisor experience. Candidates must have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to collaborate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Retail Positions
Clinique Consultant
The Clinique Consultant's primary objective is to consistently create a positive experience at the Clinique counter, represent the highest standards in the industry and reach daily sales and service goals. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding Clinique daily counter sales and standards through the Clinique Consultation. Builds business through creating new Clinique clients. Maintains an efficient, pristine counter and personal Clinique image. Works with Counter/Business Manager to ensure merchandising and counter standards are met: Practices hygiene standards, check in new stock, take inventory, clean counter and testers. Represents and maintains Clinique Consultant brand image at all times.
Counter Manager/Business Manager
The Counter Manager/Business Manager manages a counter team to achieve daily counter goals. The Counter/Business Manager works with store and Clinique management for Consultant recruitment, selection, retention, new hire orientation and the organization and achievement of daily goals. This position also collaborates with the Counter Education Manager or Market Education Manager to coach and develop Consultant skill levels. Please note in this role you would be employed by the Department Store not by Clinique. The Department Store makes all final hiring decisions for this position.
Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator works with her/his Account Executive, Regional Education Executive and retail management to support the achievement of sales goals in a respective market. This position is also responsible for leading and developing top performing Consultants and coaching Counter Managers. Responsibilities include leading and developing counter specific sales plans with input/involvement of Counter/Business Manager. Leads the productivity and development of top-performing Consultants. Coaches, develops and supports Counter Managers on planning, coaching, selling and execution skills. Recruits potential Consultants and Counter Managers for Clinique and the retailer.
